Wedding food truck catering on Long Island

A food truck at a wedding works because nobody's waiting on a chafing dish. Every sandwich comes off the flat-top hot, to order, in front of your guests. Ours is run by butchers — the ribeye, prime rib and burger blend all come out of our own Long Island shops.

We book wedding receptions, backyard weddings, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, bridal showers and the late-night bite after the dancing. You pick the date and the spot. We show up early, set up, cook, clean up and leave. You host.

Where it fits in a wedding

  • Late-night food

    Pull the truck up for the last hour of the reception. Smash burgers and tenders at 10 p.m. are the thing your guests talk about on the ride home.

  • Backyard & tented weddings

    The truck is fully self-contained. Give us level ground and room to park and the kitchen comes with us.

  • Rehearsal dinners

    A relaxed, casual night before the big one. Five items, everybody eats what they want, nobody's stuck with a plated chicken.

  • Showers & engagement parties

    Same menu, same price, 40 guests and up. Good fit for a backyard or a venue with a lot.

  • Philly Cheesesteaks

    Shaved ribeye, Cooper's sharp cheddar cheese sauce, sautéed onions, semolina club roll.

  • French Dip Heroes

    Thinly sliced prime rib, slow-braised onions, sharp provolone, garlic aioli, au jus.

  • Smash Burgers

    Butcher-blend beef, sautéed onions, American cheese, Chub sauce, Martin's potato bun.

  • Hot Chicken Sliders

    Dry-rubbed crispy tenders, coleslaw, pickles, Chub sauce.

  • Buttermilk Tenders

    Buttermilk marinated, hand-breaded, fried to order, with pickle honey mustard for dunking.

Booking a wedding date

Weddings book months out, so get the date in early. Send us the date, headcount and venue town through the form or call 631-265-5076 and ask for Thomas. Once we confirm, a $100 deposit holds the date. It's non-refundable because the day you book, we start turning other events down for it — but it comes straight off your final balance, and it can move to another truck date if you reschedule.

The balance is settled on site the day of the event, cash or card. No checks, and nothing on this site takes a card number.
