Chubs Food Truck / Party Food Truck
Private parties · 40 guests and up
A food truck for your Long Island party
The truck pulls up, the window opens, and you stop worrying about the food. Graduation parties, milestone birthdays, communions, block parties, retirement parties, backyard barbecues — if you've got 40 or more people and a spot to park, we'll cook.
Everything is cooked to order on the truck by the same people who cut the meat at our Smithtown, Ronkonkoma and Medford shops. You don't set up, you don't serve, you don't clean the grill. You host.
Parties we book
Graduation parties
June fills up fast on Long Island. Get the date in early — $100 holds it.
Birthdays & Sweet 16s
Smash burgers and tenders for the kids, French dips and cheesesteaks for the adults. Everybody orders what they want.
Communions & christenings
Back at the house after the church. We set up out front or in the driveway while you get everyone inside.
Block & backyard parties
Level ground and room to park is all we need. The truck brings its own kitchen.
All five, every event
No choosing a package. Every party gets all five, cooked to order at the window.

Private events only
Chubs Food Truck doesn't street vend or sit at a corner — it's booked for private parties, weddings and company events. That's why there's a 40 guest minimum and a date has to be held with a deposit.
Not sure if your spot works? Tell us the address when you request a date. Questions about payment, tax or travel are answered in the FAQ.
